Payment Policy:

• Minimum 50% amount of total package cost to initiate a booking
• Remaining Outstanding amount of total package cost to be paid before Pick Up Date i.e.(Arrival Date)

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 30 days of the travel date: 15% of package cost
• 30 to 10 days before the travel date: 25% of package cost
• 10 days before the travel date: 35% of package Cost
• 5 days before the travel date: 80% of package Cost
• Before 24 Hours of the travel date: 100% of package cost
• Any preponement and postponement of booking will be treated as cancellation and liable for cancellation charges as above.
• Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flight or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
• In case of Flight & Train cancellation charges as concern dept. and airlines

Security :

• Guest must carry a valid photo ID on Check in, Foreigners must carry a valid passport and visa upon Check in. Baggage security check may be carried out prior to Check in.

Note :

• Company will not be responsible for any unexpected situations like Strikes, Road Jams, Train Delayed, Political disturbances, any Natural Calamities like Landslides, Road blockage etc. on which we do not have any control. In such circumstances if stay will be more or less we not answerable for that and Client have to pay the charges for the Extra by Individually.
